Having spent his career in the restaurant business, when Shannon and his family relocated to the Charleston area recently, Shannon set about finding a great spot for a restaurant. Shannon’s found that spot in the heart of Mt. Pleasant at 730 Coleman Boulevard. As Shannon’s most recent venture was as the proprietor of The Sand Wedge Deli, just outside of NYC, Shannon decided to bring his favorite deli sandwiches to Mt. Pleasant.
